Often called NMT, Neuromuscular Therapy is a massage technique for relieving muscular pain and muscle spasms throughout the body. The technique uses targeted compression and friction massage techniques, and positioning and stretching to release trigger points in muscles as well as restrictions in tendons, muscular attachments and surrounding muscle tissue.

Deep tissue massage is a western modality proven to reduce pain, muscle tension, improve mobility, and restore normal muscle function.
